FAQs
When & where is the wedding?
The wedding will be held at The Lodge & Spa at Brush Creek Ranch in Saratoga, Wyoming. Full weekend details can be found on our schedule page.
How do I get to Brush Creek Ranch?
Most guests will find Denver International Airport (DEN) the most convenient for regular flight options.
Local option: Laramie Regional Airport
Brush Creek Ranch can also be reached by private air into Saratoga Jet Center just 16 miles from our front gates.
We recommend renting a car for the most flexibility or checking for when our shuttle will be driving to/from DEN.
Is lodging available onsite?
Yes! The ranch is ours for the weekend and guests will stay on property, and accommodations will be assigned to maximize space. Details about nightly rates and inclusions can be found on the Travel & Accommodations page.
What meals & activities are included?
Your stay includes breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beverages (yes—cocktails and wine, too!), along with ranch activities like hiking, fly fishing, and more.
When should I arrive & depart?
A three-night stay is highly recommended. We have reserved Brush Creek specifically to bring our community together and we want to make sure you get to enjoy all the ranch has to offer. Check-in begins on Thursday, August 27th, and checkout on Sunday, August 30th. Check in is 4pm however you are invited to join for lunch the day of your check in starting at 11:30am and you can participate in an afternoon activity.
If you are arriving Thursday we recommend landing at DEN around 12pm to meet our shuttles and get on the ranch with time to relax and explore before the Welcome Party
We recommend afternoon flights after 1pm leaving Denver to ensure enough time to get back to DEN on one of our shuttles. If you are looking to depart on Saturday this can be arranged with Brush Creek; just let them know you are departing early.when you make your reservation through our provided link.
What if I want to come earlier or stay longer?
Absolutely! Brush Creek Ranch is offering a discounted rate for our guests who wish to arrive early or stay a few days after the wedding (subject to availability). You can request an extension when the Brush Creek Ranch team reaches out to you to confirm your lodging.
Double Occupancy: Starting at $2,100/night
Single Occupancy: Starting at $1,500/night
Any children 4 & over will have been included in your wedding invite and we cannot wait for the Little Wranglers to explore the ranch.
For any children under 4: They are warmly welcomed at all events throughout the weekend!
We do want to share a few things to help you plan:
Accommodations: Guest rooms at Brush Creek Ranch are reserved for invited adult guests. If you're bringing a child under 4, any additional caregivers or family members joining to help with childcare would need to arrange lodging in the surrounding Saratoga or Laramie area rather than on the ranch.
Ranch Setting: Our events take place on working ranch grounds — think open creek sides, outdoor spaces, and beautiful but rugged terrain. We want to make sure families feel prepared for the environment, especially for little ones.
Evening Events: All evening celebrations include alcohol service and tend to run late into the night, so it's worth keeping your family's schedule and comfort in mind as you plan.
We love your kids and want your whole family to enjoy the weekend — we just want to make sure you have everything you need to make the best decision for your family!
Can I bring my kids?
Are there babysitters/support for young children?
Yes, Brush Creek Ranch has babysitters available for hire from 4:30pm - 10pm for $60+ per hour. In addition to babysitting services Brush Creek Ranch offers kids’ programs daily which you can arrange closer to the wedding date. This can be arranged through Brush Creek Ranch when they reach out to confirm your lodging.
What’s the weather like?
Mountain weather can change quickly. Days are typically warm and sunny, while evenings cool off. Bring layers and a jacket so you’re comfortable both on and off the dance floor.
Will transportation be provided throughout the weekend?
Once you arrive at the ranch, everything is walkable or shuttled as needed. For off-property travel, we recommend arranging your own car rental.
Layers for warm days and chilly nights
Comfortable shoes for ranch activities
Your dancing shoes for the reception
A swimsuit if you’d like to enjoy the pool or hot tub
What should I pack?
